Appealed june 30th, still have heard nothing back. Tried contacting customer service about 4 times since.
The internals of the computer looked like scrambled eggs, which happened in shipping, because I had everything set up for my dad to plug in and go, and the computer would not boot when it got there.

Been doing business with UPS ever since, better cust service.
Okay? So my dad was supposed to know that USPS drop kicked my computer and the dedicated AGP video card had come flying out of the motherboard breaking the retainer clip causing the computer 1) to be shot to death and 2) not produce video or a boot?
