Unfortunately, I had water issues. A little condensation is normal, but standing water is BS. I immediately moved out due to all the water. Had to move 2 truck/trailer loads. I contacted the staff and they promised a refund for the days I had left for the month. I know there is a 7? day notice required, but I still had paid for the month and would have had a refund coming. I called again a couple weeks later and inquired. The person acted completely clueless even after I repeated what happened and who I talked to multiple times. They made it sound like I never rented from them. They said the "owner" was going to call me back that day to resolve the issue. Guess what. No call. I'm now just waiting for a charge on my CC when the next month would have been due. I will change my review if they make good.
We stored our household items here for 4 years, payments were easily made over the phone, very nice and clean units, nothing was ruined, no mice, etc....
Stored our things here during our big move last year. Great customer service. They also have a moving truck for free which was a big help. We will definitely be storing here again.
I called as i was coming into town on a weekend and they said they were closed but Tom came right down on a Saturday night and rented us a unit. We will definitely be using them in the future!!! Thanks Tom!
