Overall good experience. Service was great in this visit. Food is good as far as pub style menus go.
The food is good but the service has left us feeling not taken care of. I have been there twice in the last two weeks and the servers have been poor. It seems if you are with kids they ignore you. We had a few spills as kids will the server was standing there when one happened and he didn't offer anything to clean it up. If you have kids and want good service I would not recommend here.
The atmosphere in this place is great! Hunting lodge feel, but with top quality amenities. The restrooms are kept in great shape, very clean. We've been doing the Thanksgiving meal for a few years now and it's become a great tradition.

Service was overall pretty good, though during rush times it can slow down (so order your beers in advance of finishing your current one!)
The food ranges from sandwiches to full entrees, with a variety of regional and local appetizers, along with some standards. I've tried the pan-fried Walleye and the Seared Salmon here - both excellent! The appetizers were great, too.
Love this place for food and beer! They have a huge selection of beer for even the most picky of beer drinkers! The spinach con queso is my favorite thing to order!
The patio and general atmosphere were great - a very rustic feel. When the weather is nice, the patio is the way to go!
Of note, the Blue Moose has 40 draft beers available, ranging from local selections, and more distant craft brews. There were a variety of styles, and I didn't have a disappointing beer once!
