Helpful and friendly with my son. We had a great.
I am completely DISGUSTED. I have never been treated so rudely in my life.
Make sure there is a cook working before you order any food! I did order food, no one told me that there was no cook working at the time! Bartender took my money for it though, plus pressured me into fries,.. which I didn't want, nor really eat to begin with! Knowing I was the only one there waiting for food, I asked about my cheeseburger after about a half hour…. Thats when they told me the cook just showed up. Twenty minutes later, when i finally got my food,.. I asked why why did you guys take the order in the first place…. I ended getting run out of the establishment by staff and costumers!!
If you are trying to find something fun to do and have to choose between maybe, sledding in -40 degree temperatures or bowling at Liberty Lanes, pick the sledding because even if you have frostbite, you'll have a warmer welcome that you would at Liberty Lanes.

Apparently it's no longer appropriate to only bowl one game and as the staff sarcastically put it "Why would you even leave your house to bowl ONE game." It may be foolish to "only play one game" but since when is that a crime if that's what I want to do? In addition my shoes were slammed on the counter in front of my face and the cashier scoffed: "just go on lane 1." After feeling like it was necessary to play a second game the cashier was eyeing us from behind our lane, seemingly annoyed that we were still there. I'm not sure if he wanted our business or if he wanted us to get out. Either way not a very inviting environment.
I've had great experiences here. It's not very busy ever. But that you can tell because their machines are outdated and half the time your balls don't come back and you have to reset the arms.
Nice place!!
The service at the bar was just as awful. Every employee in this establishment seemed to hate their job and were utterly ANNOYED that there were people there to try and have a good time.
I was harassed by the people in the lane next to me because being a little rusty and getting a gutter ball or two is not proper etiquette at Liberty Lanes. I was told to either "learn how to bowl with a straighter arm or don't bowl at all." Excuse me? I didn't sign up for bowling lessons or to be on a league so my bowling should not be a concern of anyone in the alley as long as it stays in my lane.
If you're looking for a fun night out bowling please consider Red Ray Lanes and spare yourself an awful experience.
GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!
